Question 1: I purchased all levels in a game but now it is locked, what to do?
If you unlocked a game by buying the locked levels, you can restore the levels for free by selecting the “Restore” button when you try to unlock the game again. This will restore the full game without recharging you again.
Question 2: I receive an error within the game, what to do?
The first option is to close the game and open it again. If the problem still persists, the second option is to uninstall the game, then reinstall it again. If you purchased the full game and unlocked all levels, refer to Question 1 above to restore your purchased after reinstalling the game.
